With six years at The Superior Group, Isaac Madrid serves as the HVAC Service Manager, overseeing service operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Originally from York, Arizona, a small-town boy at heart, Isaac has dedicated his career to mastering the complexities of HVAC systems, building a solid foundation in both technical expertise and leadership.

Isaac began his career in 2007 as a plumbing laborer for Metro Mechanical Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona. He later completed his apprenticeship with UA Local 469, earning the prestigious UA HVAC Star Master Certification. His journey continued with factory contractor JCI after they acquired Metro Mechanical, where he gained extensive factory training and hands-on experience in commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Over the years, he has worked as a journeyman, foreman, and commissioning agent, honing his skills in system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across the greater Phoenix metro area and statewide.

Driven by a thirst for adventure and a desire to break away from the big city, Isaac made the bold move to Alaska, drawn by the challenge of working in extreme environments while embracing an outdoor lifestyle. Since joining The Superior Group, he has steadily progressed through the ranks, starting as a Service Technician. His dedication and expertise led him to become a Foreman, then a Service Supervisor, before stepping into his current role as Service Manager. His leadership has been instrumental in optimizing service operations, mentoring technicians, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Outside of work, Isaac values family above all and enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. Whether exploring Alaska’s rugged landscapes, hunting, fishing, or simply embracing the freedom of life in the Last Frontier, he enjoys every opportunity to push his limits. His passion for the HVAC industry is fueled by a commitment to excellence and a drive to provide superior service to clients and the community.
