Lisa Marsh hails from Savannah, Georgia, driven by growth, leadership, and making a meaningful impact. Starting her accounting career in 2013, she joined Superior in March 2020 during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. As Accounting Manager for the Mechanical Division, Lisa brings extensive experience in accounting and finance across construction, nonprofit, and energy services sectors.
With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage and a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M University, Lisa has a solid foundation in financial strategy and leadership. She is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CSSGB), underscoring her commitment to continuous improvement. Lisa’s dedication to excellence has earned her three Linc Circle of Excellence Awards and a nomination for Linc Accounting Manager of the Year.
Lisa’s management philosophy centers on clear communication, setting measurable goals, and fostering a collaborative work environment. She believes in leveraging technology, optimizing processes, and aligning accounting functions with long-term strategic goals. Lisa draws her greatest motivation from her family. As a wife and mother, she values balance, resilience, and leading by example. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys riding horses, reading, playing musical instruments with her daughter, and indulging in her guilty pleasure of cringe-worthy reality TV.
