Leah has been with The Superior Group, Inc. for 18 years, starting in 2007 as a dispatcher for the company’s mechanical division and working her way through the company’s different divisions to her current role as Corporate Operations Manager. She is deeply committed to the company’s success, overseeing accounting, IT, human resources, and key operational functions to ensure efficiency and growth. Leah has a true passion for The Superior Group, Inc. and takes great pride in the company, especially the strong team culture that makes it such a great place to work.

In addition to her leadership role, Leah is actively involved in supporting the company’s employee ownership culture. She serves as a Trustee for the ESOP and sits on the ESOP committee and the ESOP education and communication committee, helping to foster engagement and awareness across the organization.

Beyond the office, Leah enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs. Leah is also passionate about Alaska and the community she calls home. She enjoys spending summers fishing and camping, embracing the outdoors whenever possible. A dedicated traveler, she loves exploring new places and experiencing different cultures, but she always appreciates returning to the beauty and spirit of Alaska.
