Based in Wasilla, AK, Lacey James has been a dedicated member of the Superior team for 19 years. As a Construction Contracts Administrator, she works closely with the General Manager of Construction and the General Manager of Electrical Service/TEGG, ensuring seamless coordination and contract management within the company.

Lacey began her journey at Superior in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant for Support Services of Alaska. In 2007, she transitioned to the Accounting Department as an Accounting Assistant, where she honed her financial and organizational skills. In 2012, she moved into the Construction Division as a Project Coordinator, gaining hands-on experience in construction. Her dedication and expertise led her to her current role in 2021 as Construction Contracts Administrator.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Lacey is actively involved in company initiatives. She serves as Trustee of the ESOP, Chairman of the ESOP Committee, and is a valued member of the Education and Communication Committee, contributing to employee engagement and professional development.
Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending time outdoors, whether she’s gardening, camping, or four-wheeling. She takes pride in her role at Superior and continues to bring passion and expertise to everything she does.
