With over 20 years of experience at The Superior Group, Alan McCollor has built a distinguished career in the HVAC industry. He graduated from Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix, AZ, in 2001, earning an Associate of Occupational Studies degree.

Alan began his career as an HVAC apprentice with The Superior Group through Local 23 Sheet Metal Union. Through dedication and expertise, he advanced through the ranks, becoming a journeyman, foreman, general foreman, and now serving as the Service Supervisor. In his current role, Alan plays a crucial part in daily operations, overseeing a team of 19 service technicians while also contributing to the company’s safety committee.

Committed to staying at the forefront of HVAC technology, Alan has attended specialized training programs with industry-leading manufacturers such as Liebert, Multistack, and Daikin. His continued pursuit of knowledge ensures that The Superior Group remains a leader in cutting-edge HVAC solutions.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys playing hockey, hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors. He also enjoys spending quality time with his 17-year-old son, Alan IV, sharing his love for sports and outdoor activities.
