Superior has maintained this iconic downtown property professionally for over 30 years. When it was time to replace the original 1978 boiler plant, the property manager teamed with Superior to provide a turnkey design-build modernization.

This project included replacing two existing 1,000 MBH atmospheric boilers with three new condensing boilers, new pumps, and all new mechanical room piping and control valves. It required the coordination of multiple crane lifts and was completed during the summer of 2004.

The new boiler plant increases overall efficiency, redundancy, and serviceability.
