Superior was brought onboard to provide professional maintenance for the mechanical systems at Signature Flight’s new location in 2023. The client had recently acquired the facility and completed a complete interior renovation with class-A finishes. However, the central mechanical and building automation systems were left original and were experiencing problems, from equipment failures to poor comfort. The challenge faced was to modernize these systems while not interrupting the critical services that Signature provides to its clients.

Superior provided a complete design-build replacement of the central boiler plant, domestic hot water system, building automation controls, and a custom multizone air handling unit. The modernization efforts will provide Signature with reliability, efficiency, and improved comfort.
