Before the colder months, the building’s glycol heating system required a full flush and replacement, along with minor boiler room repairs.

Our Approach

Over multiple phases, we drained, flushed, and refilled the system, working weekends to minimize building impact. Additional system upgrades were proposed but not approved.

Project Highlights:

• Overcame design limitations due to missing low-point drains.
• Executed phased work over weekends to avoid operational disruptions.
• Ensured the system was filled and operational before the seasonal temperature drop.
